"The new site better represents who we are and what we stand for," said Nico Pronk, Noble's President. "With the new look we wanted to feature the people -- both inside and outside of Noble -- who have made us who we are."

Much of the photography was shot in black and white with accents of mustard-gold reflecting the company's colors. Outdoor, casual pictures replace the suit-and-tie boardroom shots usually associated with Wall Street firms. "Those who deal with us know that we are a pretty buttoned-down organization when it comes to our business practices, but perhaps we are best recognized as being a personable firm -- I think this comes across particularly well in the testimonials section of the site," said Pronk.

Navigation of the site is a simple, page-down format with the opening page featuring the "Noble Formula." Using a chalkboard effect, the animation spells out what the company believes separates it from other boutique investment banks; experienced execution from people with passion. The website also features the company's transactions, industry sector focus and a detailed description of Noble's departments and services.
