Your Role
As our, European Capital Markets Roadshow Coordinator you will organize logistics and prepare schedules for US based public companies’ corporate management teams to meet with prospective and/or existing investors to create market awareness, or in connection with an equity or debt capital raise in the small cap market. As such, your position entails heavy client interaction, primarily with corporate management teams, and the institutional investor community.

Your role sits at the center of the end-to-end delivery of events and roadshows process, from inception to day-to-day running of the function. A key challenge is to coordinate all activities effectively to ensure satisfactory delivery of the required results in a fast-paced environment.

Key tasks and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Plan and manage US client roadshows, both Deal and Non-Deal, focused on the main European financial markets.
• Heavy logistics coordination including, but not limited to, hotels, ground transportation, private air, commercial air, and conferences / private investor events.
• Meeting coordination - Work in conjunction with the US based Investor Outreach Coordinator to arrange marketing schedules for equity and debt clients. Coordinate meeting times and feasibility based upon travel, investor demand and client availability.
• Investor outreach – Frequent contact with investors; invite to and book roadshow meetings.
• Research and select venues, menu and draft RFP’s.
• Make arrangements for Zoom calls and face to face roadshows and Investor functions.
• Perform duties of on-site staff person to oversee and coordinate all aspects of special events, especially investor presentations.
• Reconciliation of all roadshow-related expenses.

Key Skills for this role are:
• Proven track record in organizing and managing sell-side company roadshows in the small cap equity market.
• Fluent in English, other European languages are a plus.
• Ability to interact with all levels of Capital Markets professionals effectively and extensively, as well as public company C-suite officers.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and on multiple projects simultaneously in a team environment.
• Stress Management – Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations.
• Time Management – Must work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be flexible with working hours – Willingness and ability to work extended hours when necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 2-3 years of roadshow coordination experience.
• Strong relationships with European small cap institutional investors.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Organized, detail-oriented and ability to multi-task.
• Personable and professional - people-oriented and problem solver.
• Must have flexible approach to work and working hours.
• Accessible and responsive at all times.

Employment type
Freelance on a per project basis.

Europe: you will be able to work from home, but the function requires periodic travel throughout the year, within Europe.
