Our dedicated Corporate Access team harness the market expertise within NOBLE Capital Markets, working with our in-house research and investment banking teams to ensure our clients achieve the maximum value from attending our events.

The team can conduct shareholder analysis and recommend schedules, provide in-depth intelligence for various investment criteria, such as minimum market cap, sector preferences, and liquidity requirements, on prospective investors. We also conduct ongoing dialogue with the corporate investor relations officer on shareholders, market trends and potential opportunities. This ensures our clients are only meeting with qualified and vetted institutions.

The NOBLE Corporate Access team provides a full suite of consultative and logistics services to bring together (institutional) investors and corporate clients. Our events range from sector-specific conferences, roadshows, industry expert events, conference calls to bespoke trips.

NobleCon

NobleCON is an initiative of NOBLE Capital Markets. Our annual small cap and emerging growth investor conference is dedicated to providing a forum where private and publicly traded emerging growth companies with less than $2 billion in market capitalization can network with the investment community, fund managers and high net worth investors who focus on small cap equities.

Our list of presenting companies have been identified by our dedicated research teams and are representative of a broad spectrum of sectors with a specific focus on healthcare, technology, media, transportation & logistics and natural resources sectors.

Mr. Pinvidic joined NOBLE Capital Markets in 2002 bringing more than 25 years of senior management experience in corporate communications, marketing, sales and product development across several business sectors including oil & gas, healthcare / biotechnology, retail and consumer goods manufacturing. Throughout his career he has co-founded two public companies and created a consumer products company that, in 1999, was recognized by Women's Wear Daily as developing the most innovative and successful product launch of that year. Mr. Pinvidic has also been recognized by organizations such as the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), the International Package Design Awards (IPDA), the Design Council of Canada, and the Toronto Art Director's Association for his work on annual reports, corporate identity programs, packaging design and consumer advertising. Mr. Pinvidic is responsible for all aspects of corporate identity, marketing and the management of the various conferences sponsored by NOBLE Capital Markets.

Patty Richardson joined NOBLE Capital Markets in June 2017 as the company’s Corporate Access Coordinator. At NOBLE, she will be responsible for coordinating non-deal road shows for both covered and non-covered companies. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Richardson spent over fifteen years at A.G. Edwards & Sons as an executive assistant. She was responsible for coordinating management marketing trips, analyst travel, and helped develop the firm’s first Media & Entertainment conferences in Las Vegas and in London, UK. Most recently, she transitioned from Wells Fargo Advisors where she was an integral part of the meeting & events team. She is based in NOBLE’s St. Louis office located in the Central West End.
