Senior vice-president Equity Capital Markets
NOBLE FINANCIAL Capital Markets is looking for a Senior vice-president Equity Capital Markets.
Duties:
Direct/oversee ECM strategies to North American and Eastern European existing and prospective customers to explain specific equity investments and solicit orders based on customers' needs and interests; direct the updating of marketing materials; oversee creating case studies on recent equity offerings; direct the creation of selling points for prospective financial equity issues with focus on life sciences, biotechnology, and specialty pharmaceutical industries; coordinate deal and non-deal roadshows and equity conferences; experience with Thompson One, Bloomberg and Capital IQ software; direct Eastern Europe Region Investment Advisors.
Rate of pay:
$159,058.00 / Year (full time)
Requirements:
Must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and 2 years’ experience in the job duties or 2 years’ experience as an Investment Advisor specializing in Eastern European macro-economic, geo-political, and currency trends. Must also possess valid FINRA Series 86 & 87 licenses.
