Mr. Pinvidic joined NOBLE Capital Markets in 2002 bringing more than 25 years of senior management experience in corporate communications, marketing, sales and product development across several business sectors including oil & gas, healthcare / biotechnology, retail and consumer goods manufacturing. Throughout his career he has co-founded two public companies and created a consumer products company that, in 1999, was recognized by Women’s Wear Daily as developing the most innovative and successful product launch of that year. Mr. Pinvidic has also been recognized by organizations such as the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), the International Package Design Awards (IPDA), the Design Council of Canada, and the Toronto Art Director’s Association for his work on annual reports, corporate identity programs, packaging design and consumer advertising. Mr. Pinvidic is responsible for all aspects of corporate identity, marketing and the management of the various conferences sponsored by NOBLE Capital Markets.
Giorgia Pigato
VP, Investor Outreach
Giorgia joined Noble Capital Markets in 2022 and currently serves as Vice President in the firm’s Investor Outreach division. She plays a central role in expanding Noble’s relationships with institutional and retail investors, and middle-market companies. Giorgia leads strategic initiatives including banking transactions, investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, and tailored outreach campaigns that enhance visibility and engagement across Noble’s client base. She also plays a key role in securing corporate sponsors for Noble’s investor conferences. Giorgia has demonstrated success in institutional and retail investor engagement, capital markets strategy, and corporate access execution. Prior to her current role, Giorgia advanced through Noble’s Investor Outreach team as an associate and intern. She holds an M.B.A. in Financial Valuation & Investment Management from Lynn University and is completing her M.A. in Strategic Management. Giorgia also holds a B.A. in International Business and is FINRA licensed with Series 7, 63, and SIE credentials. A former NCAA Division II tennis MVP and national finalist, she is fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish, and proficient in French.
