Accredited Investor Inquiry
To be considered to participate in Noble’s deal flow, you must be an “accredited” investor, as defined by the S.E.C. Generally, you, as an individual or together with your spouse, must have a net worth of at least $1 million (excluding the value of your primary residence) and/or income in excess of $200,000 in each of the last two years (if using joint income, $300,000). Here is the long version from the SEC.
If you meet these minimum requirements, Noble will assist you with the verification process. Please provide the following information and a Noble representative will contact you to, confidentially, complete the process.
